The guy said that I could get windshield wipers buy one get one free then when I got to the counter to pay the lady told me they weren't buy one get one free. So she only gave me 15 % off. Then when I looked at my bill he put the most expensive wipers on for 39.99 not the 25.99 wipers. I feel I was tricked. They also left one of the magnet things on my car. Protector thing while working on my car and I had to go back. I will not come back to Jiffy Lube.

I went to Jiffy lube yesterday to have my car inspected , so the guy came in and said you need windshield wipers I told him that I got them less than a year ago. So I failed the emissions tests I heard him say everybody failed. He is not professional and he real slow he be talking instead of doing his job. So I went to Autozone and brought some. If he want so messy I would have brought it from jiffy. After I purchased them I went back to get my sticker and he said I had to get in the back the line to get my car inspected again And he charged me Twice first charge me $23 and the next time he charged me $7 just because he was not professional and mad with me because I didn’t purchase them from him . I will never go back to jiffy lube on Roxboro Road. Please don’t go to jiffy lube on Roxboro Road

BEWARE! They are unethically scamming people here and possibly all Jiffy Lube locations. I came to the N. Roxboro St. Jiffy Lube for my annual car inspection and after my car was inspected the mechanic (Taryn) informed me that my car has failed because my break fluid is old and that my headlights needing polishing. She recommend that I get a brake fluid flush and also suggested a polishing kit for my headlights. I told her that I will wait and have my father take a look at it, she printed my failed inspection paperwork which listed the failure being due to break pedal and headlights. The next day I had my dad change the brake fluid and polish my headlights and so once that was done I brought it back to the same Jiffy Lube the very next day. When I got there I let the mechanic (Ryan) know that I was there for a reinspection because I failed the day before and he asked what I was failed for. I told him what I was told and that I failed because of my brake fluid being old and for my headlights. The mechanic told me to wait in the waiting room and they would take care of it. While I was in the waiting room, I overheard one of the mechanics telling the other mechanics that it is ILLEG

Two prices were stated when asked outside help. The price was considerably higher at the front desk. But the work was already done. I think you should get an exact price before work is done

I’ve used this Jiffy Lube before and previously had good service, including windshield cleaning and vacuuming, which is why I chose them over my dealer for an oil change. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a traumatizing experience. Shortly after leaving, I merged onto the highway when I suddenly heard a loud metal scraping sound. I immediately pulled over at the end of the on-ramp, only to find my oil pan cover barely hanging on by a single screw. Stranded on the side of a high-speed highway with no tools and no way to fix it, I called the shop for help—but the phone just rang with no answer. With cars flying past me, I had no choice but to crawl under my vehicle and attempt a temporary fix using twine, driving back at 20 mph just to make it safely. When I arrived, the manager removed the piece, stated it wasn’t a critical part, and said they would order a replacement. However, they refused to disclose who had performed the improper installation or confirm any corrective action would be taken. Worse, when I was visibly shaken from the experience, the manager threatened to send me to Honda instead—knowing I couldn’t safely drive there—unless I calmed down. This experience w
